The Website currently accepts payment via various mechanisms, including but not limited to UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and will soon offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Grabeazy reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at its sole discretion, including, without limitation, orders involving pricing errors, system malfunctions, or fraudulent activity.
The products available on the Website are subject to availability and may be modified, replaced, or removed from the platform at Grabeazy’s discretion. Grabeazy undertakes to make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the 5 to 7 business days timeframe, though delivery timelines may be subject to unforeseen delays caused by external factors. Delivery speeds beyond the standard timeframes, including express 1-day delivery, may be offered under specific circumstances.
Grabeazy shall not be liable for any delays, loss, or damage arising from the act or omission of third-party delivery carriers, force majeure events, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Grabeazy, at its sole discretion, will honor returns and initiate refunds in accordance with the return policies stipulated on individual product pages.
