At Grabeazy, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted for products purchased through our website.

By placing an order with Grabeazy, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

Customers may request a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition;
  • Be returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, and free gifts (if applicable);
  • Not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or wear caused after delivery;
  • Be accompanied by a valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.

Return requests submitted after the 7-day return window may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery:

  • Personalized or custom-made products;
  • Perishable goods, including food, flowers, and plants;
  • Intimate, hygiene, or sanitary products that have been opened or used;
  • Digital products, gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable content;
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Return

Customers can initiate a return request directly from their order history on our website or by contacting Grabeazy Customer Support.

Please include:

  • Your order number;
  • The product name;
  • The reason for the return;
  • Photos or videos of the product if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Grabeazy reserves the right to request additional information to verify eligibility for a return.

4. Return Methods

Approved returns may be completed:

  • By mail; or
  • Through designated return locations, where available.

Customers will receive return instructions after the return request has been reviewed and approved.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Grabeazy provides free return shipping labels for approved returns.

There are no restocking fees.

If a return is rejected because the product does not meet the eligibility criteria, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item back to them.

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products, including defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery and are subject to product availability.

If a replacement item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered at Grabeazy’s discretion.

7. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are inspected upon receipt.

Grabeazy reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • The return request does not meet the requirements of this policy;
  • The item is returned in a condition different from its original state;
  • There is evidence of misuse, abuse, fraud, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, customers will be notified of the approval or ejection of their refund request.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after approval. Depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in the account.

Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to our error.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs or videos to help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

10. Policy Updates

Grabeazy reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on this page. However, the policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that order unless otherwise required by law.
